Who is HomeCare Force for?
Indiana home care agencies: personal services (non-medical) agencies and home health agencies. Owners, office managers, recruiters, and compliance staff use the workspace; caregivers use their phone.
What can we use today?
CareReady for onboarding and SurveyReady for training and compliance.
How do we get started?
HomeCare Force is invitation only right now. Ask your agency’s owner for an invitation, then confirm your email and set up an authenticator app.
Who approves training content?
Your agency does. Drafted courses are a starting point: your team edits each lesson and test and decides when to publish. A course does not claim to meet a regulation on its own.
How is our information protected?
Every agency account signs in with an authenticator app, each agency's records are kept separate, and staff see only the agencies they belong to.
